    Are most of these smoothie bowl recipes blended into a Vitamix, or other type of blenders?

      Hey Didi,

      Our staff has different blenders that we range from high end Blendtec’s to end to low end Target blenders. This particular bowl was blended with a Vitamix 7500:)
